All orders placed prior to 1P.M. EST (GMT-4) M-F will ship the same business day. All orders placed after 1P.M. EST will ship on the next business day.
USA Domestic orders are shipped via USPS including tracking and delivery confirmation. As soon as your order is processed through shipping you will be alerted via email which will include tracking information.
We love our international clients and are constantly striving to find new ways of showing you our appreciation. Due to peptides and chemicals having varying regulations from country to country we do our best to stay current on which countries are experiencing issues.
You are responsible to know the laws of your country . Please research all peptides and research chemicals to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. If you are unsure we kindly ask that you send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org prior to ordering to be sure there aren’t any hold-ups.
All international orders (outside of the USA and Canada) are bound by the following policies regarding shipping, returns and refunds. Please familiarize yourself with our policy prior to ordering to ensure a smooth order process.
We take every known precaution when shipping internationally to ensure that the declaration is accurate and customs will not delay your products. We cannot guarantee this however. If your order is denied entry by your countries customs department we will work with you to try and get it approved. Often times there is confusion and a simple email will fix this. If your package is seized however then please contact your local customs and ask them to return the package to us. If your package is returned to us we will offer you two options at your discretion. A)We will reship your package to you at a different address. We simply ask that you pay the shipping charge of doing so. B)We will issue you a refund of 85% of the subtotal of your order. We charge a 15% restocking fee. Please note that the subtotal is the total prior to the calculation of shipping costs.
SHIPPING DURING SALES
On the very rare occasion that we experience a flood of orders due to a sale it is possible (although not probable) that we may ask for an extra day to ship your order. This is the case in less than 1% of orders however in the spirit of full disclosure it should be noted. We operate on a policy that no product ever runs out of stock. Should an error occur (we are human…atleast I think so) we will immediately reach out to the client involved to notify them of the slight delay. They may then ask us to exchange the out of stock product for another in our inventory or we will refund them the cost of the missing item and ship the remainder of the order.
We will accept returns if it is due to damage that is our fault or manufacturers defects. Peptides must be returned within 7 days of the time of order to qualify for a refund. Peptides due to their fragile nature, and us being unable to monitor how they were handled when they were out of our care, could possibly degrade. This is the reason for our 7 day time frame. We will listen to all cases should the need arise. Please CONTACT US to discuss this. Mistakes happen and we will always work with you to find a solution which works best for you.
We will accept returns of chemicals within 30 days from the date of purchase. The bottles must be unopened for us to accept them. If the fault is ours due to a mistake we will refund you the full amount of the items returned to us. If the return is due to negligence on the part of the client then we will refund 85% of the subtotal of the items returned due to a 15% restocking fee. The subtotal does not include the shipping cost.
If you are missing an item or the item you receive is damaged then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you.
If A refund is deemed necessary then we will manually refund your transaction or the appropriate amount for the returned items. All returns will have a 15% restocking fee assessed. Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no sell list. Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us. Please always contact us first because most issues can be resolved very easily.
If your order has not yet been shipped and you wish to cancel your order then please email us at email@example.com and we will do our utmost to accommodate you. If the order has already left our facility however we will not have the ability to intercept it.
All Items are shipped safely and in a manner that ensures safe arrival. If you receive an items that is damaged please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution.
If a product is missing from your order then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you. All orders are documented and are photographed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
